How to Use
1.Open the packaging bag,take out the eye mask,put on the eye mask steam and close your eyes for 5-10 minutes to relax.
2.Open eyes and look at the scenery outside the window or objects a few meters away through the micro-holes, which can adjust eyesight.
3.Use the clockwise and counter clockwise training method and the star training method to enhance the eye adjustment ability.
4.After use, take off the eye mask, tap the upper eye socket and the lower eye socket 30 times with fingertips together, so as to unblock the eye meridians, relieve fatigue and improve vision.
